Board of Elders - takes leadership role in the spiritual life of the congregation; provides assistance to members and non-members alike; visits members, and supports the pastor in the ministry.

Altar guild - changes altar paraments according to the season of the church year; sets up and cares for communion ware for celebrations of the Lord's supper; takes care of all chancel furnishings.

Adult choir - practices each Thursday at 7:00 p.m.; leads music worship and provides additional music for various worship occasions throughout the year.

Handbell choir - provides handbell music for worship services both as prelude and voluntary music and as descants and accompaniment to congregational singing. 

Bethany Circle - open to all women of the congregation; these women seek to be of service to the church in various capacities; they gladly participate in events beyond our congregation with the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

Youth Groups - Bethlehem's youth are organized in four different groups by age: Kids of the Kingdom (K-2), Kids for Christ (3-5) Bethlehem Youth Group (6-8), Lutheran Youth Fellowship (9 and above). The groups have activities throughout the year for service, fun, and spiritual nurture.
